Obligatory Introduction Post

I guess this is where I introduce myself, my ideas, and welcome you to my safe space.

I’ve put off writing this for so long, mostly because I wasn’t sure what direction I planned for this to go in and I wanted this to be as raw and close to my personal voice as possible without sounding overly “dear diary.”

As a creative, my word is often dramatic and laced in color. I think philosophically, overanalyze situations, give a little too much of myself at the wrong times and often let my emotions dictate my decisions.

I want this to be an open window into my soul where I can share more of who I am outside of my books with my audience in an open conversational-like forum. I want to be casual, I want to discuss real-life issues, I want to be blunt, I want to be funny…I want to be me.

I hope you enjoy the ride, because it sure as hell is going to be a bumpy one and we’re just getting started.
